first day of w.o.r.k

hmmm boss tell me alot of stuffs about him... which are also the answers that i have been searching for all along... the funny part is that he know nuts about chemical engineering and he dun like chemistry at all.. yet he is fated to work in lab... sounds so familiar... laboratory not my ideal choice of work and yet i got the good deals in this line.. National Starch and Chemical and Kuraray... all very good companies with good benefits.. "whatever it is, just do your best" haha this is what he told me.. " thanks boss"

guess during the interview, i give him the impression that im into safety... and somehow i feel that he preparing me for that.. and i feel so guilty if i let him knw tt i want to take up a commerce degree.. hmmm actually i feel lost also... taking the commerce degree is like an alternative to chemical engineering degree... didn't know wad i can do after that... but well... just start and see wad will happen... heh heh everything happens for a reason =)

overall its a good day... and guess im completely bribed by the benefits...

Left 4, Dead

Been playing lan for 5 straight hours yesterday. im addicted with Left 4, Dead --> to the extent : i dream that i was in the mapped playing. xr as zoey, lol and been chased by tankers omg... my head is so heavy, its like no rest at all.. no more lan for me.

Circle Line (CCL)

Cool ~~ looking forward to the new circle line.. in this way, going to jurong island will not be a hassle le.

Not sure which state he flying to, newscastle if im not wrong.. but what i will know for sure, i will miss him. After you fly, there will be one less person to listen to my 心事, throwing me with advises. see ya at the end of the year. i will work hard, 真的 =)

The once in a lifetime outing with my mama ...

Love the ambience at Cafe del MaR, its so cool having a party by the beach - a nice place to RC (relax and chill though its abit ex)

The Café del Mar, sunset cafe bar, releases compilation albums with tracks selected by the bar's own DJs. A bar can have its own records, and frankly speaking, im quite amazed by it.

HCL Gathering

This is a once in a year gathering. Initially there is some hesitation of attending the dinner. Reasons being:

1. Dongxu is giving us a BIG treat: sakura buffet.. so tempting
2. Gla, Yan and xiao xian not going
3. ah zhang MIGHT be attending

Thanks to yy tan, I was pursuaded to be there. Thanks dude, if not for you, i will be left alone. Would say, it was fruitful gathering- good bonding session and good food.

As a desert lover, the desert is so so nice ~~ bird nest soup coupled with coconut- favoured jelly, my fav dish of the day ~~

Bonding
How time flies.. we knew each other for 10 YEARS and we never change much. (except for yy tan, u aged lol, quick use sunblock~~ There are some surprises along the way. Surprise to see mei siang. Its been years since we last met. She haven change much, still the same, as straight forward as before. I was touched when you approached me from behind, engaging small talk with me. seriously, i appreciate that =)

Second shock, saw kenneth after 8 years. ANd he ended up in chomp pang camp. The coincident part is that he know jes. The world is really that small. I realises something. Guys can really eat. He have already eaten his dinner before he came. And he finished what we have left for him. stunt me.

Naturally the conversation revolves around the type of work we are doing now. There is only 2 rxn.

1. just run thru the job scope briefly
2. Talking abt the job enthusiatically

Haha i belong to the first group of people. There nothing really much to talk about my job = no interest right Lol... conclusion: do wad u like to do and u enjoy wad u are doing

Pleasant surprises

It is amazing how you can always make a person's day, simply by the words you said.
Was talking very casually to a friend online and didn't expect him to blog it out..
I was so stunt. I read it with a smile across my face.

I was talking to someone recently online and she told me that, she enjoys coming to my blog. seriously, i’m utterly shocked and was like WAH! SERIOUS?! hahahx…
she said that she likes the way on how “real” i was in blogging on the events that happen around me and that i don’t really paint the lovely, dovey, perfect, no problem issues of my life. and i am very liberal with the usage of my vulgarities.. =D lol……..
anyway, thanks for those comments, lady…
